Upcoming Conference: Association for Education Finance and Policy (AEFP) 2026

On March 19-21, 2026, the CE-IDEA team will present their ongoing work at the Association for Education Finance and Policy (AEFP) conference in Chicago, Illinois.

Project PI Dr. Catherine Voulgarides and project assistant Jane Jeong will present “From Policy Rhetoric to Practice Gaps: Unpacking the Relationship Between Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports and Educational Equity,” during a paper session.

Project PI Dr. Catherine Voulgarides and project co-PI Dr. Alex Aylward will also present their research, “When Policy Meets Reality: Understanding IDEA’s Equity Mandates Across Systems,” during a paper session.
